Breathe Connie Breathe

Gosh this week has been HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I've been super busy studying for exams and turning in projects all week long and I still have two more days to go...

Consequently, i've been missing everyone! But I PROMISE to respond to all of my lovely comments soon, well...once this week is over.

On top of all my school work, I discovered something so sad that was just icing on top of a horrible week. My favorite and wonderful band Copeland announced their tour dates (which I have been counting down the days for!) and stated that they are NOT, I repeat...NOT going to the westcoast, but to the midwest and eastcoast!
All of this is just too much for me to bear, so i've decided that, it being a big possibility- I might just during my spring break hit their Texas show by taking a road trip with friends. It's one thing at least, to look forward during this week. I'm leaving ya'll with one of my favorite photos with me and the lead vocalist, Aaron Marsh :)

  1. I love Copeland! I know you are busy and all but quick/funny story!
My friends went to Cornerstone a few years ago. This guy Aaron said he needed a ride back to California because he noticed my friend had the CA license plate. He told them he was in a band, blah blah. A year later, Copeland got HUGE and my friends flipped out!
Thought you'd like that! Sorry for the long comment! Love your blog!

  13. Oh, sorry for the confusion. My friends met Aaron Marsh thinking he is a regular guy that was asking for a ride to California. They had no clue who he was until Copeland got big. He told them he was in the band, but they were clueless!

  14. This was like wayyy before Beneath the Medicine Tree came out. So he was just a broke guy trying to get to San Diego. I think they told me he had a show to play but they had no clue his band would get HUGE! hope that clears it up, but I love telling that story! I kick my friends every time I see them asking why they didn't keep in touch with him!

You live in Brea? Cool! I live in Anaheim and my parents live in Fullerton. Everyone's blogs I read are normally from everywhere minus Orange County! Nice to meet ya!

  15. They gave him a ride from Cornerstone and he asked for a ride to California at the festival on the last day because they had license plates from here. They just dropped him off and that was it.

  16. Ha, I went that Cornerstone as well. It was small and sad compared to the normal one held in Illinois. Aaron was in IL when he asked for a ride. Hope that clears things up!
